Salutations. I am the excessively sexy, young, charismatic and enigmatic, unique, KamiNoBeniMizu. I am as genderless as the wind and as mysterious as a tomato. My goal is to bring entertainment to you, internet dwellers. Whether it is music, games or animations, I'll do my best to make them available to you! Well... not really available cause I'll get sued but... Whatever! I'll talk about them! There, I explained like a gentleman what is my goal. I hope my sense of humour won't scare you... MapleStory Elite Monsters Guide

What are Elite monsters? Monsters that are bigger and stronger than their regular selves. They drop better items, gives more EXP and have more HP than your usual mob. Is it worth it to hunt them, and how do you encounter them in the first place?

To summon an Elite monster, you have to kill a lot of regular mobs, however you'll have to be around the map's recommended level (up to 10 levels higher than the recommended level), or else it won't appear at all.

Some field bosses may appear as Elite monsters as well, such as Lyka (from what I've seen at least).

After killing many Elite monsters, you might have the chance of fighting an Elite boss. They are based on the basic five classes (Warrior, Magician, Thief, Bowman, and Pirate).

Once an Elite boss appears, a message is sent to everyone near the zone the Elite boss appeared in.

Thanks to Luna PrincessNinjato for the video.

If you manage to kill an Elite boss, you'll be sent to a bonus zone where you can get lots of goodies! Good luck and happy hunting!

Thanks to OdysseyTwo, Xenomata, and KamiNoBeniMizu (It's me!) for the prefixes.

Sorry for taking so long for posting it on my blog, kinda forgot about it... -_-

MapleStory Beast Tamer Rating

Rated by Nexon
From what I understand, Nexon's ratings are misleading as heck! >_<

Attack=The DPS a class/faction has
Defense=The defense AND HP a class/faction has
Mobility=The mobility a class/faction has
Difficulty=How awful/good a class/faction is for new players

Beast Tamer
Attack:3-5
Defense:3-5
Mobility:3-5
Difficulty:3

Classes and faction rated by ME!
How things are rated by ME!
Attack=How much power a class/faction has
DPS=How good a class'/faction's DPS is
Defense= How much defense a class/faction has
Survivability= How well a class/faction can survive
Mobility= How much mobility a class/faction has
Difficulty= How awful/good a class/faction is for new players

Survivability is based on defense, HP, skills that can revive said class, and how fast said class can heal.

Difficulty is based on survivability, HP/MP consumption, and gameplay.

My points goes from 1 to 10. It is MUCH more accurate! F3

1=Ouch...
2=Well... that's awful...
3=Could be better
4=Below normal
5=Normal
6=Above normal
7=Pretty good
8=That's nice!
9=WOOHOO!
10=INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!
NOTE:The lower the points for Difficulty, the better it is!
