To access them, you'll have to accept a quest called "An Urgent Summon" via the light bulb or Neinheart himself.

Once you finish the quest, you'll need to buy a key for 100k (100,000) or 2 normal runes.

To enter a boss room, you need to be 2 or more in a party.
